Yogafool will launch on Saturday November 24th the first Workshop from the series Yoga 101 designed specifically for yoga newbies.
The purpose of this Workshop is to present in a clear and simple way a series of basic yoga postures, so the beginner feels safe and confident to take any open level yoga class. At the end of the workshop we will also provide the student with a basic sequence, so he/she can continue to practice at home and explore the fantastic benefits of yoga. We will also introduce some basic notions about the definition of Yoga, Pranayama (breathing techniques) and a small explanation about the meaning of the main mantra: OM.
