As a certified Ayurveda practitioner with over 15 years experience teaching Hatha Yoga and Meditation, Marc divides his time between Los Angeles and Paris. Through workshops, teacher trainings, and retreats, he teaches worldwide either live or via his many classes streamed on His signature Ayurveda health coaching program, Evolutionary Habits, has been accelerating the wellness path of students since 2012.

Marc teaches a style of Hatha Yoga that is a synthesis of multiple traditions that have greatly influenced him over the past fifteen years:  Anusara Yoga (formal training), Vinyasa Flow and Iyengar.  Intelligent and comprehensive in scope, he emphasizes clear alignment with fluid movement to expand Prana (Vitality).

Ayurveda and Yoga are sister sciences that merge seamlessly to find answers to this age-old question.In these sessions we will integrate basic Ayurveda theory with Hatha Yoga, meditation, and mantra.  This series is intended to create a comprehensive, nourishing and sweetly challenging yoga practice while providing you with practical and accessible tools to accelerate your wellness path through Ayurveda.

Each session will open with a vibrant lecture on an aspect of Ayurveda followed by an asana practice that embodies our lesson.

Saturday Morning [10:30 AM – 1:00 PM] : Cultivating Prana Through Simple Backbends. 
Prana, or Life Force, is truly the nexus where Ayurveda and Yoga meet.
This session will teach you how to systematically build a safe backbend practice, opening the heart channels without strain and without depleting your vitality.
Expect to feel deeply grounded yet fully expansive.

Saturday Afternoon [3:00 PM – 5:30 PM] :  Living Your Truth:  Hip Openers, Twists, and Forward Folds.
According to Ayurveda, there is no better medicine than living an authentic, honest life.  This is where true health begins and ends.
Deep hip openers, forward bends, twists, meditation, and mantra.
This will be a nourishing, quiet, practice of great depth to align your doshas and reveal the Truth of You.

Sunday Morning [10:30 AM – 1:00 PM] : Arm Balances using the Ayurveda 24-Hour Clock. You can do this! 
When you practice is just as important as what you practice.
The 5 elements (Doshas) cycle throughout your body, the day, the seasons and your Life.  Arm balances are perfect in the morning.
Learn how to choose a yoga practice that matches your rhythm to nature’s rhythm and strengthen your bones while doing so.
